A door hanging loose on it’s hinges creaks in the wind. Beside the path, the over grown grass and weeds reach knee hight. Rust had settled on the roof from 2 years of intense weathering and an absence of maintenance.

Entering the complex, the strong chlorine scent floats around your face. Bags filled with users clothes are scattered around the big bath tub. The yellow lane ropes lie long across the big bath tub like spaghetti noodles. The local swim team endlessly stroke back and forth, making even the bystanders feel tired. Colourful assortments of equipment sit patiently on deck waiting to be used by the athletes. As the sun creeps over the horizon, it marks 2 hours since the squad begun training.
